  • Pool open daily 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, beginning the 1st Saturday in May.

  • 14 and under – must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.

  • Ages 14 to 17 – must have identification. Only one guest allowed.

  • Ages 18 & over – must have identification.

  • Residents must accompany their guests at all times & are responsible for their behavior.

  • No running. No jumping from chairs into the pool.

  • No diving since the pool is too shallow. Never swim alone.

  • Last person leaving pool area, please lock the gate.

  • When leaving, please lower your umbrella to the closed position.  Open umbrellas become dangerous when high winds/storms move through the area.

  • Parents will be notified of inappropriate behavior, including age misrepresentation.

  • Also keep in mind that NO GLASS is allowed at the pool area.

  • Since we self-maintain the pool area to keep our dues low, any violation could shut our pool down for the season. It is imperative that we all adhere to these rules and report anyone who is in violation of these rules.

No Trespassing signs are posted at the amenities area. This means if you are in the pool/parking areas after hours, you will be subject to arrest. And just a reminder, the surveillance system at the pool area is up, running, and recording.

Due to our numerous residents, it is difficult to distinguish who is entitled to pool privileges. Therefore, the Board of Directors unanimously voted that picture identification will be required at the pool for all residents age 14 & older, including adults. Identification may consist of a school ID, learner’s permit, driver’s license, etc. Random inspections will be conducted by the Board of Directors. Unidentified persons and residents not following the rules will be asked to leave the pool premises.
