-
Since we self-maintain the pool area to keep our dues low, any violation could shut our pool down for the season. It is imperative that we all adhere to these rules and report anyone who is in violation of these rules.
No Trespassing signs are posted at the amenities area. This means if you are in the pool/parking areas after hours, you will be subject to arrest. And just a reminder, the surveillance system at the pool area is up, running, and recording.
Due to our numerous residents, it is difficult to distinguish who is entitled to pool privileges. Therefore, the Board of Directors unanimously voted that picture identification will be required at the pool for all residents age 14 & older, including adults. Identification may consist of a school ID, learner’s permit, driver’s license, etc. Random inspections will be conducted by the Board of Directors. Unidentified persons and residents not following the rules will be asked to leave the pool premises.
