The annual homeowners' meeting for all residents is normally held in early spring each year. A notice will be mailed to all property owner's announcing the date, time, and location of the meeting.
The board of directors also holds monthly meetings (normally the 1st Monday of the month) to discuss various business items. The meetings are normally held at the pool during the warmer months, but during cooler weather, the board might meet in a volunteer's home. If you would like to attend a monthly meeting, please email GableOaksPOA@gmail.com no later than 2 business days ahead of time and let us know you would like to attend. Once we hear from you, we'll respond and confirm the meeting place and time.
