Welcome to the online portal for the Gable Oaks neighborhood, located in Concord, North Carolina. It is a great neighborhood with an abundance of friendly people. Our neighborhood has many amenities, including pools, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a children’s playground, and horseshoe pits. You will find we have various opportunities for you to become involved in your neighborhood.
Gable Oaks is a restricted development governed by our “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions”. The purpose of these rules is to maintain an attractive neighborhood in order to ensure positive resale values. Please take time to read the Covenants, as they contain the rules and regulations of our development. You will find these documents below.
The Board of Directors oversees the management of our neighborhood. An annual fee is used to maintain the pools, tennis courts, and other common areas of our neighborhood. Presently, this fee is $450, divided into two equal payments of $225 due on January 1st and July 1st of each year.
