Announcing Operation: 1 Day All residents and property owners of Gable Oaks will receive notification of important news, announcements, events and threats affecting our community within 24 hours. The means by which this will be accomplished will be through an always current e-mail distribution system, always current telephone communication system (Easy Caller System), always current Gable Oaks website, and supported by additional channels of communication such as the neighborhood bulletin boards. We need your help. To accomplish the objective of Operation: 1 Day, you must assume that we DO NOT have your current contact information. As soon as you read this, please respond via e-mail to losey_allen@yahoo.com with the following complete information for each property you own or reside in: Last Name(s) of Property Owner(s) or Renter(s): First Name(s) of Property Owner(s) or Renter(s): Complete Street Address: Current, best contact phone number. This must be a best number for the residence. If you are renting out your property, give us the best phone number for the actual residence as well as your own best contact phone number. Please identify accurately the numbers you are providing: Best E-mail address. This must be the best accurate and currently used e-mail address: Please provide all of the information above. If you are renting out your property, respond with the above information about yourself as well as your renters. Even if you believe we have your correct contact information, including if you have responded earlier this year to this type of request, for Operation: 1 Day please assume we DO NOT have your current contact information and provide the above information. Additionally, when you receive a similar request with the upcoming dues billing, please provide your updated contact information again as well (but don't wait until then, please respond now). It may seem redundant, but this is extremely important and not everyone responds to any given request. Finally, you may even receive a call from me (don't wait until then though) requesting your current contact information.
